The Field Engineer (Multi-Skilled) will be responsible for planning, executing and supervising field operations across multiple service lines including well intervention, production optimization, equipment installation, testing, and maintenance. The role requires strong technical competence, adaptability, and the ability to work in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute and supervise field operations in line with company and client procedures.

2. Perform installation, pressure testing, leak detection, commissioning, and maintenance of oilfield equipment.

3. Support well intervention, well integrity, production optimization, wellhead and surface facilities maintenance.

4. Prepare job programs, risk assessments, and method statement.

5. Operate and maintain tools, instruments, and field equipment.

6. Monitor job performance and ensure operational efficiency.

7. Maintain accurate job report, field logs, and technical documentation.

8. Enforce HSE standards and promote safe work practices.

9. Basic instrumentation and control troubleshooting and equipment related issue on-site.

10. Data acquisition and reporting.

11. Equipment calibration and reporting.

12. Liaise with clients, supervisors, and technical teams.

13. Provide technical support, training and mentoring to junior staff.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline.

2. Minimum 2-5 years' relevant oilfield experience.

3. Strong practical knowledge of oilfield operations, well equipment and production systems.

4. Ability to interpret technical drawings, procedures, and manuals.

5. Valid offshore/field certification are an added advantage (IWCF, BOSIET, HUET, etc.)

Key Responsibility

4. Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records.

Requirements

2. Professional accounting certification (like ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
3. At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role, ideally in the energy sector or a related industry.
4. Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices.
5. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector.

2. Prepare and submit tender, technical and commercial proposal to client.

3. Manage vendor registration process with Operators and Regulators.

4. Develop and implement marketing campaigns for service awareness.

5. Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows.

6. Maintain client database and track proposal.

Requirements

1. BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline.

2. 3-5 years experience in oil and gas business development.

3. Professional certification in Business Development (CBDP), Sales (CSP), Project Management (PMP) is a plus.

4. Strong understanding of OGISP, NCDMB and NIPEX contracting procedures.

The HSE / Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies while ensuring the company complies with all relevant regulatory and industry standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture and maintaining compliance across all operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
3. Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
4. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and corrective action plans.
5. Organize and conduct HSE training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
6. Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all operational sites.

Compliance

3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HSE and compliance roles, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
